Our published refund terms are being confirmed for the 2026 programs. Until then, please ask an advisor for the current terms in writing before you enrol — we will confirm them for your specific program and payment plan.

Before you enrol

Every program starts with a free webinar and an advisory call, so you can see how the classes run and confirm the fee, schedule and payment plan before making any payment.

Certification exam fees

Fees paid directly to a certifying body (PMI, ISC2, ISACA, Scrum.org and others) are governed by that organisation's own policies, not by TGB.
