Ms. Maliha Samshad, Head of Business Analysis at BRAC IT since 2021, has over a decade of experience in business analysis and project coordination. She played a pivotal role in developing BRAC’s ERP and Microcredit Management Systems during her tenure at BRAC IT Services (BITS). Her career spans leadership roles at Documenta TM Ltd., Nazdaq Technologies Inc., and Grameen Solutions. Holding a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jahangirnagar University, she is certified in A-CSPO, CSPO, ACMP. Passionate about community service, she serves as GST District Coordinator for District 315 A2 and Club Director at Dhaka Diligent Lions Club.

Muhammad Ibrahim, PMP®, is the Senior Program Manager (Gender and Social Management) for the SMART Project at Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), where he leads initiatives to enhance gender equality and social development. With progressive roles at PKSF, he brings expertise in program management and a commitment to social empowerment. Certified as a PMP® in 2023, Ibrahim excels in strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs that address gender disparities and foster inclusive growth, contributing significantly to PKSF’s mission of sustainable poverty alleviation.
